What does a Day Of Coordinator do—and how is your approach different?

Think of me as your wedding’s behind-the-scenes bestie. On the day of, I’m making sure everything we’ve planned actually happens—on time, in order, and without chaos.

But here’s the difference: my “day of” support starts way before the day.

You’ll get three planning meetings, unlimited written communication, trusted vendor recommendations, and questionnaires that help us build your timeline and setup plan together. So when the day arrives? We’re already in sync.

Do you only coordinate weddings?

Nope! While I specialize in coordination (and have it down to an art), I also offer partial and full-service planning.

And it’s not just weddings—I help plan everything from parties and showers to corporate events and brand launches. If you’re gathering people for something special, I’m in.



How do I pay for your services?

Easy! I accept debit and credit cards (great if you’re racking up points or miles), and you can even set up autopay so you don’t have to think about it again.

Set it and forget it—just like the best wedding details.

How does payment work?

To reserve your date, I ask for a 10% deposit. From there, you’ll make two additional payments: one halfway through and the final one a month before your event. This may be broken into three payments depending on your payment plan.

Simple, predictable, and no surprise charges.

How will I communicate with you?

Do you take pets with special needs, quirks, or meds?

Absolutely. We have ample experience with senior pets, shy animals, and those needing medication or extra attention.  We love our anxious, quirky, or high-maintenance pets. Just let us know what they need.


Do you offer meet-and-greets before the first booking?

Yes! We always recommend a quick meet-up before the first service to make sure everyone’s comfortable (especially your pet).


What’s your cancellation policy?

We get it — life happens. We just ask for as much notice as possible so we can fill your spot. Full details are shared during booking.


ARE YOU INSURED?

Yes! Sitting Paws is a fully insured pet care business, so you can feel confident and secure while your pet is in our care.

WHAT DO I NEED TO BRING FOR PET BOARDING?

Just bring your pet’s essentials! That usually includes food, medications, leash, favorite toy or bed, and any notes on their routine. We'll handle the love and attention part.

what happens if there's an emergency?

We have a clear emergency protocol, including contacting you immediately and ensuring your pet receives any care they may need. Your pet’s safety is always our top priority.
